Second passports can be issued under these circumstances:

• You make frequent international trips which often require entry visas and due to time constraints you have difficulty acquiring the visas before your next departure.
• You are making the request for safety/security reasons, for example you travel between Israel and certain Arab countries.

   * The validity of a second passport is Four (4) years. Issuance of second passport is at the  discretion of U.S. State Dept.

2. Complete Form DS-82 Passport Renewal form. (Click on left link to fill on-line then print.) (If for any reason you cannot complete the online application, print the DS-82 Passport Handfill Application and fill out by hand.)

3. Submit Current Passport

4. Provide one Passport Photos

5. Letter of Authorization – (Select Reference Menu) Print and complete one copy of the Passport Authorization Letter.

6. Proof of Travel – Copy of Itinerary or Ticket OR Company Letter stating need for travel for immediate trip

7. Submit a business letter and personal letter: you must submit both a business letter & personal letter of request stating one or more of the following:

• Your need of a second passport due to excessive travel
• Your need of a second passport due to scheduling conflicts and visa acquisition
• Your need of a second passport due to visa stamp conflict. Contact us for example company letters.

     Government Fees: Make one check or money order to “US Department of State” for $208.32
